Children�s Memorial Hospital continues construction on the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children�s Hospital of Chicago at 225 E. Chicago Ave. (next to Northwestern Memorial�s Prentice Women�s Hospital).
During May, we will continue steel installation. You may notice increased truck activity related to steel delivery and some noise as the steel beams are eased into place. The work will generally occur on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. into the late afternoon or early evening; however, work on Saturdays and Sundays is possible to continue timely completion of construction. All work will be performed consistent with the City noise code requirements.
Children�s Memorial invites you to attend our 2nd Annual Construction Update meeting about the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children�s Hospital of Chicago. Similar to our first meeting last year just before starting construction, Children�s Memorial leadership and our construction management team will give a detailed overview of our construction plans for the year, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. An agenda is attached for your reference.
