Dear Unit Owners,

 The Special Meeting of the Owners which was held on Monday January 10, 2011 to vote to overturn the Board approved Special Assessment results was 17.944%. The required percentage of ownership to overturn the vote is more than 50%.

 The Special Assessment to pay off the Association’s $912K loan will begin on March 1, 2011 and end December 2011.
